A few simple things to know before you ride with us. By joining a tour, you agree to the terms below. They're here to keep everyone safe and the day running smoothly.

Health & ability

You take part at your own risk and should be able to ride a bicycle comfortably. If you're pregnant or have any medical condition that could be affected by physical activity, please let us know before booking so we can advise you.

Safety & traffic rules

Helmets aren't compulsory, but we're happy to provide one on request — just ask your guide. Please follow traffic rules and your guide's instructions at all times. For everyone's safety, the guide may ask anyone riding dangerously to leave the tour, without a refund.

No alcohol or drugs

Cycling and intoxication don't mix. We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs, without a refund, for the safety of the whole group.

Looking after the bikes

The bikes and e-bikes are provided for the tour. You're responsible for any loss of, or damage to, your bike caused by misuse, negligence or failing to follow your guide's instructions.

Age & children

Younger riders are welcome on our tours and remain under the full responsibility and supervision of their parent or guardian throughout. If you're booking for children, just message us and we'll make sure the tour is a good fit.

Route changes

We may adjust the route, stops or timing when needed — for safety, weather, traffic or local conditions. The experience stays just as good; only the details may change.

Personal belongings

Please keep an eye on your belongings during the tour. We can't be held responsible for personal items that are lost, damaged or stolen along the way.

Photos & video

We love sharing tour moments on our social media and website, so we may take photos or video during the ride. If you'd rather not appear, just tell your guide — no problem at all.
