Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before group tours — and 72 hours before private tours. Cancel or reschedule in time and there's no charge; if you've already paid, you'll get a full refund.
Group & daily tours — up to 24 hours before
For our shared daily group tours, cancel or reschedule any time up to 24 hours before the start, completely free. Just send us a quick message on WhatsApp — if you've already paid, you'll receive a full refund.
Private tours — 72 hours' notice
For private tours we reserve bikes and e-bikes exclusively for your group, so we need at least 72 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule free of charge. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the tour are non-refundable if payment has already been made.
Need to reschedule?
Plans changed? Message us on WhatsApp. For small groups we'll always do our best to move your tour to another day that suits you.
Late cancellation or no-show
If you cancel after the free window (24 hours for group tours, 72 hours for private tours) or don't show up, any payment already made is non-refundable. If you booked without prepayment, there's nothing to pay — but please always let us know as early as you can.
Running late on the day?
Please arrive on time — out of respect for the other guests, a tour that starts late may be shortened, and the missed time can't be refunded or added on. If you're running behind, message us straight away and we'll do what we can.
Minimum number of guests
Our group tours run with a small minimum number of guests. In the rare case it isn't reached, we'll let you know in advance and offer you another date or a full refund — your choice.
Weather
Our tours run rain or shine — Valencia is sunny most of the year! But if conditions make cycling unsafe, we'll reschedule your tour to another day or cancel it at no cost — with a full refund if you've already paid, even within 24 hours.
If we have to cancel
On the rare occasion we need to cancel a tour, you'll always be looked after — choose a free reschedule to another day or a full refund, whichever suits you best.
Circumstances beyond our control
For events outside our control — strikes, extreme weather, road closures, accidents or emergencies — we'll always reschedule or refund your tour. We can't, however, cover related costs such as travel or accommodation.
